Climb Youngstown After School Club: Reach New Heights!

About the Club

Welcome to Climb Youngstown's After School Club, a unique partnership between Climb Youngstown and ECO EdVentures! This exciting program is designed for young climbers who want to explore the world of indoor climbing in a safe, fun, and educational environment. Whether you're new to climbing or looking to expand your skills, our club offers the perfect blend of recreation, skill-building, and personal growth.

If your child is new to climbing, or loves climbing but is not interested in coaching or competing, After School Climbing Club is a great fit.

Our Partnership with ECO EdVentures

We're thrilled to partner with ECO EdVentures to bring this exceptional climbing experience to students throughout the Youngstown area, with special transportation options for Boardman Elementary Schools. This collaboration combines Climb Youngstown's climbing expertise with ECO EdVentures' passion for engaging, child-led learning experiences.

  • Open to All: Our program welcomes students from all schools in the area.

  • Transportation for Boardman Students: ECO staff will pick up kids from participating Boardman schools and transport them safely to Climb Youngstown. (Limited to the first 13 students to register from each eligible school, booster seats available for every child.)

  • Self-Transportation Option: Students from other schools are welcome to join; parents/guardians will need to arrange their own transportation to and from Climb Youngstown.

  • Supervision: All children are supervised in small groups throughout the sessions to ensure safe, fun climbing experiences.

  • Learning Philosophy: At ECO EdVentures, we believe kids learn best by doing. We follow a child-led learning approach, nurturing children's natural curiosity as we explore the world of climbing together.

What to Expect

  • Safety First: During the first visit, we cover gym rules, safety protocols, and demonstrate various climbing techniques.

  • Climbing Sessions: Weekly sessions where kids can practice, play, and progress at their own pace.
