Youth Coach and Routesetter

Spencer is a talented young climber who joined our team in 2023 just under a year after finding climbing through us. You’ll normally find him working with our Y-Team kids as a youth coach, but Spencer is also hard at work behind the scenes as part of our routesetting team.The one thing you can always count on is that Spencer will show up with a smile on his face and a carefree but motivated attitude toward his work. Don’t let Spencer’s relaxed demeanor fool you though, he’s a crusher!
